porting our grain handling operations. Your main responsibilities will involve loading, unloading, storing, and moving bulk commodities throughout our facility. You'll operate machinery, perform inspections, and assist with basic maintenance, ensuring safe and efficient grain flow in a fast-paced environment that prioritizes safety, teamwork, and reliability.
What You Will Do
• Engage in vital facility operations including loading and unloading trucks, barges, and railcars, as well as managing grain piles.
• Perform basic maintenance and care for equipment to support continuous operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Uphold all safety policies and procedures diligently.
• Be prepared to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Carry out additional tasks as required.
What You Will Need
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions, including heights of 4 to 150 feet. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, and twisting.
