t vital grain handling operations by efficiently loading, unloading, storing, and moving bulk commodities throughout our facility. You will operate various equipment, conduct inspections, and assist with routine maintenance to ensure a safe and smooth grain flow. This job requires stamina and teamwork in a fast-paced agricultural environment where safety and reliability are paramount.
What You Will Do
• Conduct facility operations including loading/unloading trucks, vessels, barges, and railcars; filling/reclaiming grain ground piles; and performing various other grain handling tasks.
• Ensure ongoing operations by performing basic maintenance and care of equipment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures.
• Be flexible and willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (both verbal and written).
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Willingness to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions, including heights ranging from 4 to 150 feet, while wearing required PPE and performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Prior experience in a production or grain handling role.
