handling operations. Your responsibilities will include loading, unloading, storing, and moving bulk commodities throughout the facility. You will operate equipment, complete inspections, and assist with maintenance to ensure efficient grain flow. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced agricultural role that requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
What You Will Do
• Conduct loading and unloading of trucks, vessels, barges, and railcars, as well as filling and reclaiming grain ground piles.
• Perform basic maintenance and care of equipment to support ongoing operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members.
• Adhere strictly to safety policies and procedures.
• Be available for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
What You Will Need
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic understanding and communication skills in English (verbal/written).
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including heights ranging from 4 to 150 feet, while performing physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
