will be involved in loading, unloading, storing, and moving bulk commodities across our facility. This position requires you to operate equipment, complete inspections, and assist with basic maintenance to ensure safe and efficient grain flow. Be prepared to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced agricultural environment where teamwork, reliability, and safety are the top priorities.
What You Will Do
• Conduct facility operations including loading/unloading trucks, vessels, barges, and railcars; filling and reclaiming grain ground piles; and performing various grain handling tasks.
• Perform basic maintenance and care of equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
• Deliver excellent customer service while collaborating with team members.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient understanding and communication in English (verbal/written).
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Capability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, enduring varying temperatures, while performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
