This position is part of our Ag & Trading enterprise, which connects producers and consumers of grains and oilseeds worldwide through origination, trading, processing, and distribution. We also provide various farmer services and risk management solutions.
Job Type: Seasonal
Compensation: $22.00/hour

A Typical Work Day May Include:
• Executing facility operations such as loading/unloading trucks, vessels, barges, and rail cars, as well as managing grain ground piles and other grain handling tasks.
• Carrying out basic maintenance and operator care of equipment to maintain effective facility operations.
• Delivering exceptional customer service while collaborating with team members.
• Adhering to all safety policies and procedures for a secure work environment.
• Keeping the workplace safe and tidy.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English (both verbal and written).
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work in various indoor and outdoor environments, which may involve exposure to heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., while using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Capability to work at elevated heights (4 feet and above).
