tions. Your responsibilities will include loading, unloading, storing, and managing bulk commodities throughout the facility. You will operate essential equipment, perform inspections, and assist with maintenance tasks to ensure seamless grain flow in a safe and efficient manner. This position demands physical stamina and teamwork in a fast-paced agricultural setting where safety and reliability are paramount.
What You Will Do
• Carry out facility operations such as loading and unloading trucks, vessels, barges, and railcars, as well as managing grain pile operations.
• Perform basic maintenance and care of equipment to support ongoing facility operations.
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
• Be available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Complete other assigned tasks as required.
What You Will Need
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (both verbal and written).
• Basic computer skills required.
• Capable of working in both indoor and outdoor environments, enduring various weather conditions, and performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Previous experience in production or agricultural roles.
