Job Overview
As a Grain Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, storing, and moving bulk commodities across our facility. This role includes operating equipment, conducting inspections, and performing basic maintenance to keep our operations safe and efficient.
What You Will Do
• Loading/unloading trucks, vessels, barges, and railcars, as well as managing grain ground piles and various grain handling functions.
• Performing basic maintenance and care of equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Delivering excellent customer service and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
• Being available for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Completing additional duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate and understand English (both verbal and written).
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions, including heights of 4 to 150 feet, while adhering to safety standards and performing physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing, bending, and twisting).
What Will Put You Ahead:
• Previous experience in production roles.
