Seasonal General Laborer/Warehouse
Village CasaOverview Village Casa is a growing custom furniture manufacturer seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer. This role involves order fulfillment (picking and packing), quality control, shipping/receiving, inventory organization, and, most importantly, hands-on assembly and installation of furniture, cabanas, fixtures, and similar products. You will also assist with off-site projects. Duties Assemble and install furniture, cabanas, fixtures, displays, and cabinetry Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet our standards Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts and pallet jacks) when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Collaborate with team members and follow supervisor instructions Adhere to all company safety, security, and productivity policies Assist with off-site project completion as needed Must-Have Requirements Proven ability to safely and confidently operate common hand tools and power tools Hands-on experience assembling and installing furniture, cabanas, fixtures, displays, cabinetry, or similar products Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic assembly and installation issues Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and work orders Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods Strong attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment, assembly, and quality control Excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience operating forklifts and/or pallet jacks is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay ($14–$16/hour).
