Seasonal Fulfillment & Production Associate (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Pay: $16.50 per hour Location: Merrillville, IN, near Taft and Route 30 (in person) Hours: Full-time and part-time hours available between 7:30am and 8pm, Monday through Friday. Weekend shifts are also available, 7:30am to 4pm. Schedule: This seasonal position ends by December 23, 2026. Hours may fluctuate weekly, and scheduling is flexible. About us: Lifetime Creations is a growing, family-owned online retailer of personalized gifts, sold on Amazon, Etsy, and lifetimecreations.net. We laser engrave, embroider, and sublimate gifts at our Merrillville warehouse for weddings, holidays, and other special occasions. We've been featured in USA Today, Rolling Stone, BuzzFeed, Golf Digest, US Weekly, Women's Health, and more. Responsibilities: Perform thorough quality checks to reduce wasted materials and ensure customers receive the highest quality gifts Prepare and clean products for decoration and shipping Package and ship products for safe transport and within brand guidelines Run laser engraving machines as needed (training provided) Keep materials organized and spaces neat, orderly, and clean daily Work quickly and efficiently through a high volume of orders to ensure accurate, on-time shipping Other duties that may arise from time to time Who we're looking for: Reliable, on time every day, and honest Down-to-earth, approachable, and positive Strong work ethic with a "how can I help" mentality Outstanding attention to detail Coachable and open to feedback Physical and mental energy Skills and physical requirements: Comfortable learning new skills Able to stand for long periods Able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly Able to twist, squat, kneel, and bend regularly Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent At least 18 years of age Must pass a drug screen and background check Provide at least 3 references upon request (professional, educational, and/or personal) Able to meet the physical requirements of the job, with reasonable accommodations Pay: $16.50 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
