Seasonal Fulfillment Associate (Holiday Season)

Welcome to Thorum! Since 2012, we've been making alternative jewelry out of everything from meteorite to dinosaur bone. The holidays are our busiest time of year, and we're looking for dependable, fast-learning people to help us get every gift out the door on time. We're a small, family-oriented, unique team, and strong seasonal performers may be considered for future opportunities with us. Position Details: Temporary, seasonal role: Now through Mid-December Full-time during peak season, including the Black Friday/Cyber Monday rush and the weeks leading up to the holidays Responsibilities: Picking, packing, and shipping a high volume of holiday orders Processing holiday exchanges Assisting the Shipping Manager with various tasks Keeping the workplace clean and functional Qualifications: Experience with e-commerce fulfillment Experience shipping online orders Experience with inventory and stock levels Able to start quickly and be productive with minimal training Requirements: Able to work on your feet for extended periods Able to lift 50 lbs Good organizational skills Good communication skills Able to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance. Every shift matters during the holiday rush Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm Additional hours may be required during peak weeks Compensation: $19 – $21 per hour, depending on experience 40 hours per week for the duration of the season Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Application Question(s): Have you fulfilled for an e-commerce company before?
