Job Summary As a Fulfillment Associate, you get finished Guardian bikes and accessories out the door accurately, safely and on time. You'll pick, pack, label and load customer orders, keep inventory organized, and help the team hit daily shipping targets, especially during our holiday peak. This is a hands-on, on-your-feet role in a fast-moving warehouse. Key Responsibilities Pick boxed bikes, parts and accessories using handheld scanners and pick lists Pack orders securely so bikes arrive undamaged, and apply correct shipping labels Stage, load and unload trucks and trailers; build and wrap pallets Receive incoming product, check it against paperwork, and put it away in the right location Run cycle counts and flag damaged items, shortages or mislabeled stock Operate pallet jacks and, once trained and certified, forklifts Keep work areas clean and organized, and follow all safety procedures Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals Help out on other lines or departments as volume shifts Skills & Qualifications Required 18 years or older Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math and attention to detail for counting and order checks Willingness to work overtime during peak season Nice to have Warehouse, shipping or e-commerce fulfillment experience Forklift or pallet jack experience Comfort using handheld scanners or a warehouse management system High school diploma or GED Physical requirements and work environment Stand and walk for a full shift (8–10 hours) Lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs regularly, with team lifts for heavier boxed bikes Bend, reach, twist and climb ladders or step stools Work in a warehouse that can be warm in summer and cool in winter, with moderate noise from equipment Wear required safety gear, including closed-toe or safety-toe shoes Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
