Seasonal Fulfillment Associate

Position Summary: We are seeking a Seasonal Fulfillment Associate to join our team during our holiday season. In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders. You will be a key player in our mission to deliver exceptional service and satisfaction to our customers. Responsibilities: Receive and process customer orders: Accurately interpret order details and retrieve requested items from designated storage locations. Pack and label shipments: Verify the accuracy of items in the order, securely package orders according to company standards, apply appropriate shipping labels, and turn over packed items to appropriate carriers. Maintain accurate inventory levels: Conduct stock checks, report discrepancies, and assist with restocking processes. Operate warehouse equipment: Safely and efficiently use equipment such as pallet jacks as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment: Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a productive and efficient workspace. Staging inventory for upcoming product launches: Conducting inventory counts and preparing warehouse locations for the launching of new products. Receiving Goods: Audit incoming products for quantity, color, variant, and condition to ensure accurate shipments from suppliers. Cycle Counting: Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual inventory counts to ensure physical and electronic inventory levels are accurate. Perform other duties as assigned: This may include assisting with returns processing, quality control checks, or data entry tasks. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs. Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours if necessary. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 lbs) as needed. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
