The Role ExpressionMed is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Seasonal Fulfillment Associate to join our team during our busy production season! In this hands-on role, you'll help prepare, package, and fulfill orders for our customers. From assembling products to preparing shipments, you'll play an important part in ensuring our customers receive the right products, packaged with care and delivered on time. We're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, works well with others, and takes pride in getting the details right. What You’ll Own Production & Packaging Assemble and package 5 Packs according to production instructions. Read and accurately follow production jobs to ensure correct products, quantities, and packaging. Cut tape according to production specifications and quality standards. Locate tape inventory and restock loose tapes as needed. Check completed products for accuracy and quality. Order Fulfillment Pack and label Amazon orders according to established procedures. Pick, pack, and prepare Shopify customer orders for shipment. Verify product selections, quantities, and shipping labels to ensure order accuracy. Help maintain an organized and efficient fulfillment process. Workplace Organization Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Complete daily closing duties, including cleaning workstations, organizing supplies, and properly closing or sealing product bags. Return materials and supplies to their designated locations. Assist with additional production and fulfillment tasks as needed. What You Bring Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to read, understand, and follow written production instructions. Basic counting, sorting, and organizational skills. Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Willingness to learn new processes and assist wherever needed. Previous experience in packaging, production, warehouse operations, or order fulfillment is a plus, but not required. We provide training! Physical Requirements This position involves hands-on production and fulfillment work. Essential physical functions include: Standing and walking for extended periods. Frequent use of hands for cutting, sorting, assembling, and packaging products. Repetitive hand and arm movements. Bending, reaching, and moving between workstations. Lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds. These functions may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. Schedule & Compensation Pay: $16.37 per hour through December 31, 2026, increasing to $17.02 per hour effective January 1, 2027. Schedule: On-site, with hours based on seasonal business needs. Employment Duration: Temporary seasonal assignment, tentatively ending January 31, 2027. The assignment may end earlier or be extended depending on business needs. Paid Leave: Eligible employees receive Minnesota Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) in accordance with applicable law and company policy.
