Seasonal Fulltime Fulfillment Associate We are changing the world...one flannel at a time. That’s who we are and we were tired of flannels that didn’t fit well, wrinkled, shrunk, and faded. We are looking for SEASONAL team members to join our team who enjoy a rewarding, fun, fast-paced, physical position during our peak order processing season. Warehouse Responsibilities: Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment Load and unload containers of products Accept delivery of inventory Count and confirm inventory Mark and label stock Store inventory in a logical and accessible manner Load and wrap product on pallets Willing to be trained in safe use of cherry picker/order picker, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc. Qualifications Ability to lift, push and pull boxes up to 50 pounds Ability to work in various warehouse temperatures Ability to maintain a high level of physicality – twisting, turning, bending, stooping, reaching. Able to stand and/or walk on concrete floors for prolonged periods All of the above items must be able to be executed daily, without restriction. Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to importance Able to report to work daily with a positive mental attitude and willing to put in the hard work and effort daily. Customer service driven – when attention to the accuracy of items picked and shipped is very high, the customer has the best experience. Shift times increase with mandatory overtime hours and exact shift times will be announced weekly. Requests for time-off during Peak Season are not allowed.
