The basic objective for this position is to provide the organization with high quality, accurate, and efficient warehousing and logistics support. This is a multi-skilled position and therefore DC Team Members may be required to work in all/ any department as required in the distribution center according to the individual’s training and skill level. Key Responsibilities Perform all duties in line with site specific KPIs including: Shipping LPNs Accuracy Productivity Other operational KPIs as applicable Ensure accurate daily punches in time keeping systems Compliance with safety non-negotiables list Compliance with COG policies and procedures at all times All Shipments GRN’d within DC Lead Times / all Shipments (inc AF & LCL) processed within expectations 1 LPN per Carton Received Pick, Carton, Unit & Active/Reserve location accuracy Pick, Fill to Active & Pull from Bulk rates.
