Seasonal Delivery Helper (Jumper)

Job Summary KRDelivery Inc., an independent contracted service provider for FedEx, is seeking motivated, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Package Delivery Helpers (Jumpers) in DuPont, Washington. As a Delivery Helper (Jumper), you will work alongside an experienced FedEx delivery driver to assist with the safe, accurate, and efficient delivery of packages to residential and commercial customers throughout our designated service areas. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced position that requires individuals who enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and being part of a team. Delivery Helpers play an essential role in maintaining efficient delivery operations, especially during periods of increased package volume. No commercial driving experience is required for this position, as you will not be responsible for operating delivery vehicles. Key Responsibilities Assist assigned delivery drivers with delivering packages to residential and commercial locations. Safely load, unload, lift, carry, and transport packages of various sizes and weights. Help organize and locate packages within the delivery vehicle to maintain an efficient delivery process. Follow delivery instructions to ensure packages are delivered accurately and to the correct locations. Enter and exit delivery vehicles frequently throughout the workday. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers. Follow all company policies, FedEx service standards, and applicable safety procedures. Work efficiently alongside assigned drivers to complete daily delivery routes. Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and reliability. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs independently, with heavier packages handled using appropriate assistance or equipment. Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, and climb stairs repeatedly throughout the workday. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including rain, cold, and heat. Ability to maintain a steady, physically active pace throughout the assigned shift. Ability to safely enter and exit delivery vehicles multiple times per hour. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to pass a background check No previous delivery experience required; training will be provided. Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable transportation to and from the designated reporting location. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Excellent attendance and punctuality. Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
