Warehouse: Burbank, CA Routes: Van Nuys, Encino, Santa Clarita & Glendale Pay: $1.30–$1.40 per package • Paid every Tuesday Typical daily earnings: $180–$230, depending on packages delivered. Pay is per package, not hourly or a guaranteed daily rate. Start times: 4:00 AM or 6:45 AM Schedule: Weekends required; flexible weekday days off Position: 1099 independent contractor Small packages Deliver mostly small, lightweight packages in your own vehicle. Most weigh 1–5 pounds, with some heavier items. Training provided. Pick up and go Arrive at your scheduled start time, scan and sort your packages, then head to your route. No return trip to the warehouse after your route. Requirements Your own reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, required insurance, and a smartphone. Deliver safely, follow instructions, and take clear delivery photos. Communication matters Reliable, timely communication is essential. Failure to communicate may result in ending the contractor relationship. Company agreement Drivers must sign a company-prepared agreement covering guidelines, delivery expectations, and terms of the working relationship.
