Seasonal Delivery Driver (Personal Vehicle)

This position is seasonal, with the opportunity to become permanent after the peak season. The role starts on November 16, 2026, and runs through January 1, 2027. Herd Enterprises North, an independent pickup and delivery service provider for FedEx Ground based in Rogers, is hiring motivated individuals to deliver packages to local residents using their personal vehicles. Compensation $21/hr for the first 30 days, increasing to $23/hr thereafter $0.70 per mile reimbursement Vehicle Requirements Must be a sedan, station wagon, SUV, minivan, or pickup truck (pickup trucks must have a covered and secure bed) Must be a 2013 model year or newer with no significant cosmetic damage Must have current vehicle registration and proof of auto insurance Driver Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check Must maintain a clean driving record: No more than 2 citations or traffic violations in the past 3 years Must be reliable, results-driven, patient, and customer-focused, with strong time management and problem-solving skills No commercial driving experience is required!
