SEASONAL DELIVERY DRIVER – FEDEX GROUND Wall Ventures Inc. – Contracted Service Provider for FedEx Ground Earn $170–$200 per day, depending on experience Seasonal | Full-time, Part-time & Weekend Positions Available Company Delivery Vehicle Provided Paid Weekly JOB DESCRIPTION Wall Ventures Inc. is hiring Seasonal Delivery Drivers to help deliver packages to customers throughout the holiday season. We have delivery opportunities 7 days a week. Whether you're looking for full-time work, part-time hours, or weekend work, we may have a position that fits your availability. As a delivery driver, you will represent Wall Ventures Inc. and the FedEx brand. We are looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals who take pride in providing professional service to our customers and our community. WHAT YOU'LL DO Safely deliver packages to residential and business customers Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules Load, unload, organize, and prepare packages for delivery Operate a company-provided delivery vehicle Move and maneuver packages of various sizes and weights, including heavier packages up to 150 lbs., using handcarts and other provided equipment Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies Provide professional and courteous customer service Work independently while maintaining a productive delivery schedule REQUIREMENTS Must be 21 years of age or older At least 1 year of verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years Experience may include company vehicle driving, delivery driving, Uber, Lyft, pizza delivery, or similar work Good driving record Reliable and responsible Safety-oriented Able to work independently with minimal supervision Good organizational and time-management skills Able to safely lift, carry, and maneuver packages of various sizes and weights Must pass a required drug screen WHAT TO EXPECT This is an active, physically demanding delivery position. Drivers spend much of their shift getting in and out of the vehicle, walking, carrying packages, climbing steps, and working independently. Drivers must be comfortable handling packages of various sizes and weights. Handcarts and other equipment are provided to assist with moving heavier packages, including packages weighing up to 150 lbs. Holiday-season delivery volume can be high, so reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety are essential.
