You'll: Drive a company-provided delivery van Load and organize packages for your route Deliver packages to homes and businesses Use a smartphone and GPS to navigate your route Provide friendly, professional customer service Work independently while having a team behind you Solve problems and make decisions throughout your day Perform basic vehicle inspections and daily paperwork No boring desk job here. You'll stay active, see different places every day, and have the satisfaction of knowing you're helping customers receive the things they need. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR You don't need years of delivery experience. We provide thorough paid training to help you succeed. We're looking for people who are: Reliable and dependable Safety-minded Positive and professional Comfortable working independently Good communicators Detail-oriented Able to work in a fast-paced environment Willing to work as part of a team Ready to work hard and take pride in their performance Military experience is highly valued, and honorably discharged veterans are encouraged to apply. ✅ BASIC REQUIREMENTS Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license Safe driving history and clean driving record Reliable attendance Available to work weekends and some holidays Must successfully pass a drug test Must successfully pass a background check No CDL required. We are closed on Christmas, New Year's Day, July 4th, and Thanksgiving. THIS JOB IS ACTIVE — AND THAT'S A GOOD THING! If you prefer sitting behind a desk all day, this probably isn't the job for you. If you enjoy staying active, working independently, being out on the road, and finishing your day knowing you accomplished something , you'll fit right in. You should be comfortable with: Lifting packages up to 50 lbs. Getting in and out of the delivery vehicle frequently( up to 200 times a day) Walking, climbing stairs, and navigating driveways Bending, squatting, kneeling, and reaching Working outdoors in changing weather conditions Handling the normal demands of driving and delivering for an entire shift Working five 8 hour shifts. We will transition you to four 10 hour shifts in mid November.
