LAST MILE LOGISTICS LLC Job Title: Seasonal Delivery Driver Position Summary: Are you interested in an opportunity where you can work independently and make an impact on your community this holiday season? This is a Seasonal driver position with Last Mile Logistics LLC, delivering packages to Amazon customers from our Henderson, Nevada delivery location. This position starts no earlier than October 15, 2025, and ends no later than January 15, 2026. (FULL TIME POSITIONS MAY BE AVAILABLE FOLLOWING PEAK SEASON) We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment. Successful delivery drivers enjoy being out on the road driving, put safety first, and care deeply about customer service expectations and satisfaction. Military veterans are welcome Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory Seasonal Delivery Driver Benefits and Scheduling: Starting Wage $21.75/hour (paid biweekly) 10-hour shifts are typical 5-day workweek (40-50 hours) is typical during Peak Season A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break Opportunity for performance incentive bonuses Key Duties and Re sponsibilities Successfully handle and deliver all packages on time Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicles Follow all local, state and federal laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages (up to 50 pounds); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed Use smart phone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members Load and unload packages into and out of a delivery vehicle Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes Always represent the Company in a professional manner Must be comfortable working with in-vehicle cameras Meet productivity and service standards Must possess excellent time management and communication skills Must be available to work all days of the week Seasonal Delivery Driver Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license Must be authorized to work in the United States of America Must pass a 4 Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana) Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position) Must have English Speaking, reading, writing / communication skills Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. These include: Physical Demands: Employee is required to stand, walk, sit and drive a company- provided vehicle. Employee is required to reach and lift with both hands and both arms. Employee is required to crouch, stoop and bend with both legs. Good manual dexterity skills are required as well as good eye-hand coordination.
