Seasonal Delivery and Event Install Specialist

Overview: We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse & Delivery Specialist to manage the flow of orders in and out of our Events Rental and Floral warehouse. This hourly role averages 30 hours per week and combines hands-on delivery, inventory management, and logistical coordination to ensure that every event runs seamlessly. Schedule: Part time/Seasonal 30 hours per week Must be available to work weekends as needed, based on event schedules. Responsibilities: Installation of tents, tables, chairs etc. (experience setting up tents is not required) Manage incoming and outgoing rental and floral orders with accuracy and efficiency. Track inventory, ensuring all items are logged, maintained, and returned properly. Organize and maintain a clean, well-structured warehouse space. Safely load, deliver, and unload rentals and floral arrangements to event sites. Communicate with the production team, designers, and clients regarding delivery timelines. Report any damages, shortages, or maintenance needs to management promptly. Ensure delivery vehicles are maintained, clean, and in proper working order. Qualifications: Worked in the event industry or has some experience (experience not needed but would be a plus) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Previous warehouse, logistics, or delivery experience preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50 lbs and safely handle large or fragile items. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as event schedules require.
