Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver and collect packages safely on assigned routes
• Inspect shipments, labels, paperwork, stop counts, and missorts
• Load vans and plan efficient delivery and pickup routes
• Operate computerized tracking and dispatch systems accurately
• Explain service features and requirements to customers
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• No prior experience required
• One year of customer service preferred
• Valid driver's license for driving responsibilities
• Driving record with two or fewer recent violations or accidents
Use safe driving, accurate package handling, and customer service skills to represent Fed Ex Canada on assigned routes.
