As a Seasonal Associate, you will assist customers with their needs, manage sales transactions, and ensure the store remains organized and inviting. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cash register operations Assist with product demonstrations and upselling to promote featured items and increase sales Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented according to merchandising standards Maintain accurate cash drawer handling and perform basic math calculations during transactions Support inventory management through stocking, product replenishment, and inventory counts Communicate effectively with team members and customers using strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Requirements Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling better service to diverse customer groups Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks associated with stocking and merchandising Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Knowledge of retail store product details and merchandising principles is advantageous Experience supervising or leading small teams is a bonus but not mandatory; a proactive attitude is key Join us if you’re ready to bring energy, enthusiasm, and excellent service to our bustling retail environment!
