Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations Operate the cash register (POS system), handle retail sales transactions accurately, and manage cash drawer operations with integrity Assist in stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and organizing products to maintain an attractive store environment Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities Support inventory management by receiving shipments, verifying stock levels, and participating in stock replenishment efforts Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries Promote store promotions and upselling techniques to maximize sales while ensuring a positive shopping experience Qualifications Previous retail or grocery store experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, making change, and managing retail math calculations accurately Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and retail sales transactions is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to supervise or assist team members in a collaborative environment is an advantage Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, and inventory procedures is beneficial Excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and a friendly attitude are vital for success in this role Join us as a Seasonal Associate and be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable shopping moments!
