</div><div><div><p>The Local QSHE Manager (LQM) oversees implementation and continuous improvement of Kuehne + Nagel’s Integrated Management System across assigned business units. The role ensures compliance with Quality, Safety, Health, Environmental, Security, and Dangerous Goods regulations, meeting internal and external requirements. It includes managing DG risks, ensuring audit readiness, and supporting regulatory compliance. The LQM acts as a governance lead and business partner, influencing operations without direct authority.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Management Review & Performance Governance</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in Annual Management Reviews</li><li>Align Global, Regional, National, and Client targets</li><li>Track and monitor action plans</li></ul><p><strong>Integrated Management System</strong></p><ul><li>Lead IMS implementation, maintenance, and improvement across sites, covering:<ul><li>Quality, Security, Health & Safety, Environment, and Dangerous Goods</li><li>Ensure compliance with KN standards and regulations (e.g., GxP, ISO)</li><li>Drive effectiveness through KPIs, audits, TIPs, CAPA, and reviews</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Quality Management and Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee QMS, including:<ul><li>Document control (KNDocs), SOPs, work instructions, and forms</li><li>Training matrix, record retention, and traceability</li><li>Supplier qualification</li></ul></li><li>Maintain CAPA/TIP program: tracking, root cause analysis, timely closure</li><li>Support audits (internal, customer, regulatory) and ensure readiness</li><li>Follow up and close audit findings</li><li>Support KNChain certifications (e.g., PharmaChain, SecureChain)</li><li>Investigate complaints, quality events, and non-conformances</li></ul><p><strong>Dangerous Goods (DG) Program</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with KN Canada DG Program and Transport Canada requirements</li><li>Train and support DG Coordinators and LQRs</li><li>Oversee DG governance, including: risk assessments, documentation, inventory, reporting</li><li>Manage restricted DG approvals and compliance validation</li><li>Support DG audit readiness</li></ul
