Check out our many videos to learn more! http://www.dxpe.com/about-us/careers/ Responsibilities Supervise daily storeroom operations, including shipping, receiving, issuing, kitting, stocking, delivery, and cycle counting of materials. Manage stock replenishment/procurement of supplies and equipment. Maintain accurate inventory. Lead, train, and develop storeroom personnel. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and customer service. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications The qualifications of the Onsite Manager include but are not limited to: Minimum 4 years of purchasing and inventory experience within an Integrated Supply/Industrial Distribution environment and minimum 4 years of management experience or combination of both. Background experience with industrial distribution product categories. Outstanding customer service and management skills. Experience with Microsoft Office products including an intermediate skill level in Excel (creation / data analysis of spreadsheets to justify business decisions) Must be sales driven. Problem solving skills. Supervising and mentoring employees. Following and implementing DXP policies and procedures. #LI-SS1 #zrsw Additional Information: Physical Demand : Ability to climb stairs and ladders and lift 40 pounds without assistance. Conditions : Work in office and warehouse setting Training/Certifications : Forklift experience, Experience with SAP, COUPA, Maximo, and P21 is a plus. Microsoft Office and Excel skills include v-lookups, pivot tables, and formula creation for accurate data analysis and data entry is a plus. Shift: Day: Monday-Friday Time/Overtime: Able to work overtime and on-call night and weekends as required (10%). Travel: Travel for meetings or training (if needed). Education: High School degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain, Business, or Accounting desired).
