nagement Technology initiatives within a retail technology environment. The role will work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Merchandising teams to enable effective collaboration and deliver business value through Agile practices.
The ideal candidate will have strong Scrum facilitation, team coaching, delivery management, and stakeholder communication skills, preferably with experience in retail, merchandising, supply chain, or item and product data management.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized, refined backlog aligned with business objectives.
• Track sprint progress, team capacity, velocity, burndown, cycle time, and other Agile delivery metrics.
• Identify and remove impediments, manage dependencies, and proactively address delivery risks.
• Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and timely delivery.
• Support release planning, quarterly planning, and PI Planning in scaled Agile environments.
• Drive continuous improvement, team accountability, delivery predictability, and overall team effectiveness.
• Support technology initiatives related to Item Master Data, Product Information Management (PIM), item onboarding and maintenance, and product hierarchy and classification.
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master supporting technology delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile principles, and delivery best practices.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, merchandising, inventory, supply chain, or master data management technology environments.
• Strong facilitation, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify delivery risks, resolve impediments, and drive continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket, retail, ecommerce, or supply chain environments.
• Familiarity with Item Management, Product Information Management (PIM), Product Master Data, or Merchandising platforms.
• Experience working with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
