No prior experience is necessary—we offer full, hands-on training. Key Responsibilities: Screen Preparation: Stretch, reclaim, and burn screens for daily print jobs. Ink Department Support: Assist with mixing inks, preparing ink stations, and maintaining inventory. Press Setup: Help operators set up printing presses and stage garments for production runs. Shop Maintenance: Keep production areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Warehouse Organization: Assist with sorting stock, organizing materials, and general inventory upkeep. Qualifications & Skills: No experience required —entry-level candidates are fully encouraged to apply! High attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes. Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to [e.g., 40–50 lbs] throughout the shift. Reliable transportation and strong attendance habits. A team-player attitude with a willingness to learn all aspects of screen printing.
