Scrap Buyer

Overview Triple S Metals, Inc. is seeking a full-time Scrap Buyer. Duties Purchase scrap materials. Monitor metal markets. Coordinate with the sales team to adjust purchasing strategies. Prepare bids for materials based on visual inspections. Work with suppliers on purchasing and inbound shipments. Present content reports to suppliers as needed. Process claims from both customers and suppliers. Coordinate with the operations team to schedule inbound and outbound shipments. Ensure materials comply with overseas customs requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication 5 years of experience in marketing related occupations Travel within the U.S. approximately 2 to 4 times per month Pay: $116,813.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
