Coway USA Inc.SCM Specialist Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SCM Specialist to join our SCM Planning & Logistics Team. In this role, you will support and oversee various logistics operations, inventory control, shipment tracking, and data analysis to optimize our supply chain efficiency. We welcome candidates ranging from early-career professionals to experienced logistics specialists. Key Responsibilities Logistics & SCM Operations Manage and monitor inbound shipments from Korea/China to Los Angeles, as well as domestic/international transportation and outbound deliveries. Coordinate product distribution to major hubs and track daily shipping schedules. Monitor warehouse operations, inventory movement, and assist in inventory reconciliations. Assist with demand forecasting, purchase order management, and resolving delivery delays or operational issues. Data Analysis & Performance Reporting Maintain accurate logistics records, inventory levels, and shipment documentation. Analyze SCM data to monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements. Prepare regular inventory and logistics performance reports using advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint. Communication & Collaboration Communicate daily with carriers, 3PL partners, warehouse personnel, and cross-functional internal teams. Handle logistics inquiries and collaborate on cross-departmental supply chain strategies. Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred). Open to candidates with various experience levels (Logistics, SCM, or Transportation operations experience preferred). Essential Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, analysis functions) and PowerPoint (presentation creation). Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive operational mindset. Effective written and verbal communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual proficiency (Korean & English) strongly preferred. Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP management systems. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus. Understanding of import/export procedures, customs, and international trade documentation.
