School Transportation Driver – Own Vehicle Required Company: Evergreen Care Transportation LLC Location: Tacoma, WA and surrounding areas Job Type: Part-Time / Flexible School-Day Schedule Compensation: Starting at $40 per completed trip Job Summary Evergreen Care Transportation LLC is seeking dependable, responsible, and professional drivers to provide safe and reliable transportation for students to and from school in Tacoma and surrounding areas. Drivers will use their own vehicles to transport students on assigned school routes. Compensation Minimum payment of $40 per completed trip. Payment is based on completed trips, not a fixed hourly rate. Opportunities for morning and afternoon school routes. Total earnings depend on the number of assigned and completed trips. Drivers must provide their own vehicles. Responsibilities Safely transport students between their homes and schools. Arrive on time for scheduled pickups and drop-offs. Follow assigned routes and transportation instructions. Maintain a clean, safe, and reliable vehicle. Communicate professionally with dispatchers, parents, and school personnel. Follow all applicable student transportation safety procedures. Driver Requirements Valid Washington State driver's license. Acceptable driving record. Reliable personal vehicle that meets transportation requirements. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Comfortable transporting students, including students with special transportation needs when appropriately trained and authorized. Ability to pass required background checks and screening. Screening and Onboarding Requirements Selected applicants must complete all applicable Washington State school transportation onboarding requirements, Drivers must successfully complete required screening, training, and vehicle approval before transporting students. Schedule Part-time opportunities with morning and afternoon school transportation assignments, primarily Monday through Friday during the school year.
