School Bus Dispatcher - Cleveland

Dispatcher Job Description ( CLEVELAND DEPOT) We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented School Bus Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Transfinder and be familiar with data entry. Responsibilities: - Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations- Monitor driver progress and communicate with customers regarding pick up/drop off times. - Answer telephones -Ability to work well under pressure and unsupervised in a team environment _ Work effectively with drivers, aides, maintenance by communications, changes and resolutions to problems or potential problems. - Perform administrative work -Computer data input - Provide customer support solving and responding to customers needs. -Keep administrative records - Any and all other duties deemed necessary by management - Reports to Depot Manager.
