Scheduling Intake Coordinator - Transportation

We currently have an opening for an Intake Scheduling Coordinator - transportation and community services. HOURS OF WORK: Monday – Friday (7.5-hour shift coverage from 8:00am – 5:00pm with on call coverage SUMMARY: The Intake Scheduling Coordinator, schedules Community Support Services for clients, caregivers and referral sources. This position will provide coordination and implementation of the EasyRide Transportation program and Community programs across Huron and Perth Counties for ONE CARE clients. Schedulers service delivery in a fast-paced team environment for community support services, works collaboratively and maintains relationships with community support partner agencies. QUALIFICATIONS: College Diploma in a program related to services for seniors or social services would be considered an asset. 2-3 years of related scheduling experience is considered an asset. Strong proficiency and working knowledge of varying programs such as Word, Excel, and Microsoft office. Demonstrates problem solving capabilities, assess situations, sets priorities, and decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, detail oriented, and time management skills. Ability to work in a high paced environment and manage competing priorities while remaining client focused. Fluency in French would be considered an asset.
