Scheduler & Purchaser

Deck Zone is looking for an organized and dependable Scheduler & Purchaser to help coordinate our deck and outdoor living projects from signed proposal through final completion. This position is a good fit for someone who is comfortable managing schedules, ordering materials, working with project drawings, and communicating with customers. You’ll play an important role in keeping projects organized and making sure both our crews and customers have the information they need. Responsibilities Coordinate project schedules from signed proposal through completion Purchase and order materials and supplies for each job Create or edit drawings to meet municipality and code requirements Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and project details Coordinate with crews, suppliers, and other team members Help keep projects organized and moving according to schedule Assist with final project coordination and customer satisfaction Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Good written and verbal communication skills Comfortable communicating directly with customers Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Attention to detail Basic understanding of construction, decks, building plans, or purchasing is preferred Experience reading or editing construction drawings is a plus Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Pay $25–$30 per hour , depending on experience.
