POSITION SUMMARY The Scheduler is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and ensuring the smooth flow of schedules for production operations across the Organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring on-time completion of product for our customers by working directly with order planning and production personnel, as well as having close interaction with supply chain and other functional areas. Shows Consideration for the Environment: Uses company resources responsibly and supports sustainable business practices. QUALIFICATIONS 1-3+ years of manufacturing experience required. Comfortable working in spreadsheet software. Able to read and understand work orders, prints, and production tags. Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to handle several tasks at once. Flexible with shifting priorities against tight deadlines. Clear communication - able to share information with the floor and other teams, verbally and in writing. Production and inventory management certification (such as APICS). Experience working in an ERP or production information system. Understanding and application of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) principles, concepts, and practices. Solid problem-solving skills, with the judgment to resolve schedule conflicts across areas. The starting target hourly range is $26.00 - 31.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for a profit-sharing opportunity.
