Scheduler Dispatcher

Location: Hazleton, PA Company : RedFlag Traffic Management Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary RedFlag Traffic Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our growing team. The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating daily work assignments, communicating with field employees, ensuring proper staffing for projects, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The ideal candidate is able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and maintain strong communication with employees, supervisors, and customers. Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch employees to job sites. Monitor daily attendance and fill last-minute staffing needs. Communicate with employees regarding job assignments and schedule changes. Maintain accurate scheduling records. Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Safety departments. Answer incoming calls and respond to employee questions. Ensure employees receive project details and reporting instructions. Handle emergency schedule changes professionally. Maintain accurate documentation and reports. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous dispatching, scheduling, logistics, transportation, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, scheduling software). Reliable transportation. Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills. Preferred SkillsExperience in construction, traffic control, or field operations. Problem-solving abilities.
