About the Opportunity: The SCHEDULER AND JUNIOR SOURCING SPECIALIST role is designed to enhance the executive hiring process by managing complex interview scheduling and contributing to sourcing efforts. This position ensures a smooth, professional candidate experience while supporting the Executive Search Team through coordination, communication, and strategic talent identification. The role plays a key part in maintaining efficient hiring workflows and improving recruitment systems. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Executive Search Team on hiring needs and priorities. Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones and stakeholder calendars. Manage virtual, in-person, panel, and executive interview logistics. Maintain professionalism and attention to detail in candidate interactions. Address scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes promptly and discreetly. Dedicate over 25% of time to sourcing tasks such as candidate identification and market research. Support continuous improvements in recruitment processes and systems. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of HR-related experience or equivalent. Skilled in managing multiple calendars, scheduling interviews, travel arrangements, and virtual meetings. Proven ability to build trust and partnerships with recruiters, candidates, and senior leadership. Experience handling confidential data, document management, and responding to inquiries. Proficiency with MS Office, Box, applicant tracking systems, and data reporting. Ability to train or mentor others. Capacity to work effectively under pressure and meet changing deadlines. Strong multitasking, resourcefulness, and persistence. Pay Range and Compensation Package: The starting pay range for candidates employed in the USA is generally between $66,500 and $90,000, with actual compensation based on factors such as location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
