Work with commissioning personnel to incorporate system completion, turnover, testing, startup, training, and acceptance activities. Prepare schedule reports, milestone summaries, variance analyses, critical-path reports, trend charts, dashboards, and executive briefings. Maintain accurate and auditable schedule files, assumptions, narratives, approvals, progress records, and change histories. Participate in progress meetings, schedule reviews, risk workshops, contractor meetings, and Client briefings.
