Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Jose, CA for a Saw Operator, Warehouse and Delivery team member. The role involves operating saws and related machinery to cut plastic materials to specified dimensions, using hand tools to deburr, and inspecting work for accuracy and quality. The individual will assist with general warehouse duties, including loading and unloading materials, organizing inventory, and preparing orders for shipment or delivery. The role also includes safely operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment, and performing local deliveries while following all safety, traffic, and company procedures. Daily responsibilities require adherence to safety standards, following work orders and diagrams, maintaining a clean work area, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production and delivery schedules. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in machine operation and safe use of production equipment. Candidates should possess skills in operating saws, including band saws and table saws, for cutting plastic or similar materials. Candidates should possess skills in using basic hand tools for measuring, cutting, finishing, and assembly tasks. Candidates should possess skills in forklift operation and material handling in a warehouse environment. Ability to read and follow work orders, measurements, and basic diagrams. Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety, with the ability to stand, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift. Effective communication and teamwork skills, with reliability and punctuality in an on-site setting. Previous experience in a manufacturing, plastics, or warehouse environment is preferred; forklift certification is a plus.
