Learn more at https://www.lincolnelectric.com. A Day in the Role You start your shift by syncing an RF scanner, reviewing replenishment cues in SAP, and prioritizing tasks. You rotate stock so the oldest parts move first, label items so identification is unmistakable, and keep aisles clear and organized. Throughout the day, you execute system transactions on a handheld or terminal, refill fast-moving locations, and verify counts to support physical inventories. Safety is your constant—driving a forklift responsibly, lifting correctly, and maintaining housekeeping standards. As needs evolve, you jump in to support the team and the Company’s RISE Strategy. What You Will Do Keep materials stored safely, neatly, and easy to access. Use RF scan guns or a computer to complete SAP inventory transactions. Execute proper stock replenishment and rotation (first-in-first-out). Maintain clear, accurate part identification and location labeling. Participate in scheduled and ad-hoc physical inventories. Follow all warehouse safety rules and housekeeping practices. Take on additional duties aligned with the Company’s RISE Strategy. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant material handling experience also considered. Strong safety mindset with excellent attendance. Team-oriented communicator with a service-first approach. Comfortable using SAP and Outlook (training provided as needed). Willing to cross-train and move within the department as business needs change. Physical & Equipment Requirements Stand, walk, and operate a forklift for up to 12 hours. Lift up to 60 lbs on a frequent basis; maximum infrequent lift of 100 lbs; maximum repetitive lift of 60 lbs. Operate forklifts, including propane sit-down tow-motors.
