Aberdeen Advisors LLCAbout the Company Company: Aberdeen Advisors LLC Location: United States | Nationwide Travel Engagement: Contract, Contract-to-Hire, or Direct Hire | Approximately 80% Onsite Travel About the Role About the Opportunity Aberdeen Advisors is seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Super User to support a large-scale, multi-site SAP S/4HANA transformation across the United States. This is a hands-on field support role focused on helping transportation and logistics teams successfully adopt SAP during deployment, go-live, and post-go-live hypercare. Responsibilities Provide onsite SAP TM support to transportation planners, dispatchers, shipping teams, and logistics users. Support daily transportation execution, including freight units, freight orders, carrier selection, tendering, and shipment monitoring. Assist users with transportation planning, execution updates, and exception management. Support testing, cutover rehearsals, go-live activities, and post-go-live stabilization. Troubleshoot user issues, document defects, and escalate configuration or integration problems to functional consultants. Deliver hands-on training, transaction walkthroughs, and process guidance. Coordinate with SAP SD and EWM teams to resolve order, delivery, and warehouse-to-transportation issues. Qualifications Hands-on SAP TM experience in transportation or logistics operations. Practical understanding of freight planning, transportation execution, and related business processes. Ability to troubleshoot SAP transactions and communicate effectively with business users. Experience supporting enterprise SAP implementations, deployments, or production environments. Willingness to travel approximately 80% to U.S. client locations. Required Skills Hands-on SAP TM experience in transportation or logistics operations. Practical understanding of freight planning, transportation execution, and related business processes. Ability to troubleshoot SAP transactions and communicate effectively with business users. Experience supporting enterprise SAP implementations, deployments, or production environments. Willingness to travel approximately 80% to U.S. client locations. Preferred Skills 3+ years of relevant SAP TM experience. SAP S/4HANA rollout, go-live, or hypercare experience. Experience with SAP TM integration involving SD or EWM. Experience training operational users in distribution or manufacturing environments. Pay range and compensation package Engagement Details: Nationwide project-based deployment supporting a multi-year transformation program. Approved travel expenses are covered under program policy. Deployment assignments and start dates will be confirmed.
