sues involving SD, STOs, POs, EWM, 3PLs, carriers, and FI/CO.
• Perform RCA, monitoring, interface/error handling, and batch-job support to maintain stable operations and meet SLAs.
• Configure minor enhancements such as planning profiles, charge calculation, statuses, outputs, and transportation settings.
• Support testing, releases, UAT, cutover, and production deployments within an ITIL/AMS environment.
• Collaborate with business, ABAP, and SAP CPI/Integration Suite teams to resolve issues and deliver improvements.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, functional specifications, process documentation, and knowledge articles.
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of SAP logistics experience with strong SAP TM expertise.
• Hands‑on knowledge of transportation planning, freight units, tendering, execution, event management, and settlement.
• Experience with AMS/SLA-driven support, ServiceNow/Jira, and structured RCA.
• Strong understanding of TM–EWM/3PL/carrier integrations and transportation operations.
• Transportation domain experience across TL/LTL, parcel, ocean, or air is preferred.
• SAP TM certification and experience with rate management, complex charge calculation, and carrier contracts are a plus.
