🔹 Required Skills:
✔️ Strong SAP Supply Chain Planning experience
✔️ SAP S/4HANA and ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation experience
✔️ Expertise in MRP, demand/supply planning, inventory planning, and replenishment

✔️ Strong requirements gathering, functional documentation, and solution design skills
✔️ Experience working with business, SAP functional, and Data/Analytics teams
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead workshops with supply chain planners and business stakeholders
✅ Assess existing planning processes, reports, calculations, and business rules
✅ Gather and document business and functional requirements
✅ Design future-state planning solutions across SAP S/4HANA and analytics platforms
✅ Support data mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution recommendations
✅ Develop functional specifications, process flows, and test scenarios
✅ Support SIT/UAT and business acceptance
🔹 Preferred Skills:
• SAP planning capabilities and third-party planning solutions
• Power BI and enterprise data/analytics platforms
• Fit-gap assessments and planning modernization initiatives
⚠️ Important: This is a business-facing solution design role, not a pure SAP configuration, BI development, or reporting developer position. Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Dallas 4 days per week.
