About the Role
We're looking for an ERP (SAP) Specialist to set up and run the systems behind our new plant — someone who can hit the ground running on an active implementation and serve as the critical bridge between our key users and our ERP service provider.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and support SAP (S/4HANA PCE) across SD, PP, MM-PUR, MM-IM/WM, FI/CO, and Basis in close coordination with external ERP consultants
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal key users and ERP service provider consultants — translating business requirements into system configurations and keeping the implementation on schedule
• Manage master data: materials, BOMs, routings, and work centers
• Integrate SAP with MES (shop floor system) and other plant systems
• Support testing, cutover, and go-live for the new Hutto facility
• Troubleshoot issues, train end users, and write clear SOPs
• Build reports on inventory, production, and material cost
• Flexible to work evening hours as needed to accommodate time zone coordination with Taiwan-based headquarters
Qualifications
Required
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on SAP implementation, rollout, or major upgrade experience — this is a must
• Strong MM and PP knowledge including BOMs, MRP, and production orders
• FI/CO module knowledge — ability to support financial and controlling configuration
• Proven ability to coordinate between business key users and external ERP consultants throughout an implementation lifecycle
• Flexibility for evening availability to collaborate with Taiwan HQ (time zone coordination)
• Solid data migration and reporting skills
• Clear communicator who works effectively with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT
Preferred
• Mandarin/Chinese language skills — a significant plus to accelerate implementation coordination with Taiwan-based teams
• Electronics manufacturing background — EMS, PCBA, SMT, optical, or hardware
• S/4HANA greenfield or new-site implementation experience
• SAP certification or MES integration experience
