SAP SD Consultant

You will design and implement sales and distribution processes, from order to cash, in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. You will ensure that sales processes integrate with finance, inventory, procurement, production and shipping. You will work with sales and operations teams to clarify the rules governing orders, deliveries and billing and support consistent end to end execution. Your future duties and responsibilities Facilitate fit to standard workshops and document customer order management processes. Analyze pricing rules, availability, deliveries, shipping, billing, returns and output requirements within scope. Configure and validate SD processes in line with the standard model and Public Edition capabilities. Define test scenarios and support unit, integration, user acceptance and regression testing. Work with FI CO, MM, PP, EWM, TM, integration and data teams to resolve end to end issues. Support data readiness, training, go live preparation and operational stabilization. Map the sales process steps, user roles, approvals and exceptions to be handled in the selected model. Define tracking criteria for orders, deliveries and billing, then report operational variances that need to be resolved. Validate sales master data and conversion rules with the data team document required quality controls. Track functional defects through resolution and confirm sales scenario coverage with key users. Required qualifications to be successful in this role What you bring Experience implementing or supporting SAP Sales and Distribution and order to cash processes. Strong understanding of orders, pricing, deliveries and billing in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Experience with configuration, functional specifications and functional testing. Ability to assess standard gaps and propose simple, integrated solutions. Professional communication skills in both French and English, with confidence working across business and technical teams. Ability to assess how sales rules affect operations, billing and customer accounts. Ability to connect sales needs with delivery constraints and dependencies across other SAP workstreams. Assets Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. Knowledge of integration with e commerce, transportation or customer relationship management tools. Experience in distribution or manufacturing with sales processes spanning multiple channels or sites. Experience coordinating testing and go live readiness across sales and logistics teams. Travel Occasional travel to locations across Quebec is required, based on workshop needs, on site activities and the project schedule. #LI-BZ1 CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000–$130,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
