prioritize, and drive the backlog of pending OTC and RTR enhancements and process gaps through to completion.
• Lead the management of customer subscriptions and renewals, including configuration and process improvements.
• Assist with receivables management, including invoicing, collections, and cash application improvements.
• Identify, document, and remediate process gaps across OTC and RTR workflows.
• Gather requirements, support testing (including UAT), and document enhancements.
• Track and report status of backlog items against the contract timeline scalating risks and dependencies as needed.
• Collaborate independently with client stakeholders in a resource-constrained environment to ensure timely delivery.
