Job Description: SAP Cloud ERP, Business Consultant – SCM (MM) & Procurement (PTP) Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Cloud ERP (S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition) Business Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition capabilities, best practices, and implementation strategies or similar experience. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless connectivity between various systems, enhancing business processes, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

• Strategy Collaborate with end customers to understand business processes and requirements. Develop and provide expert guidance on SAP Cloud ERP capabilities, best practices, and implementation strategies. Implementation &
• Configuration Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Cloud ERP, Public Edition solutions using the SAP Activate Methodology. Ensure solutions align with end customers' needs and requirements and SAP Fit to Standard best practices. Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. Navigate and manage multiple implementation projects in parallel. Fit-to-Standard delivery in the Public Edition - Practical understanding of what the Public Edition allows: standard scope items and best-practice process flows, self-service configuration, key-user extensibility, released APIs and events for integration, output management, and the discipline of designing to standard within a semiannual release cycle. • Communication Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to deliver cohesive solutions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear understanding of project scopes, timelines, and deliverables. Training &

• Organization Provide ongoing support and maintenance of SAP Cloud ERP, Public Edition systems after completion of the initial implementation. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimization to improve business processes.
Line of Business Experience: SCM (MM) & Procurement (PTP) end-to-end process design: Deep working knowledge of the full buying cycle in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition: purchase requisition, source determination, purchase order, goods receipt, supplier invoice verification with two- and three-way match, goods receipt/invoice receipt (GR/IR) clearing, and handoff to Accounts Payable for payment.
Purchase Contracts: Command of quantity and value contracts, source lists, quota arrangements, and purchasing information records, including price conditions, release orders against contracts, contract consumption tracking, and automatic source determination.
Requisitioning and approvals: Configuration of manual, self-service, and planning-generated purchase requisitions; purchasing organization and purchasing group design; flexible workflow for requisition and purchase order release; spend limits and approval hierarchies; and requisition-to-order conversion, including automatic purchase order creation.
