Key job responsibilities Design end-to-end customer solutions that address complex business and technical requirements, ensuring architectures are extensible, reusable, secure, reliable, and performant. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer leadership, understanding their business context and influencing their longer-term technology strategy to align short-term decisions with long-term outcomes. Lead technical solution discussions by diving into design choices, best practices, and use cases with customer teams, proactively identifying risks and presenting considered options with clear trade-off analysis. Develop and deliver thought leadership content such as presentations, workshops, blog posts, and reference architectures that educate customers on technology strategy and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams including sales, business development, professional services, and engineering to accelerate solution adoption and ensure delivered solutions create measurable customer impact. A day in the life You will start your day reviewing customer architectures and preparing for a solution design session where you will walk a customer team through trade-offs between scalability and cost optimization. After that, you might join a cross-functional working session with engineering and professional services to refine a migration approach. In the afternoon, you could be building a reusable reference architecture or presenting best practices at a customer workshop. Throughout the day, you will balance deep technical work with strategic conversations that shape how customers build on our platform.
