Role description SAP PP Lead San Francisco, CA Hybrid Salary- $140000- $150000/Year+ Plus LTM Benefits Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Production Planning and Repetitive Manufacturing to optimize manufacturing operations and enhance production efficiency Job Description Utilize advanced production planning techniques to develop and implement efficient manufacturing schedules. Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align production plans with business goals. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials. Apply expertise in Mfg Ptdpp Core skill cluster to enhance production workflows and reduce lead times. Leverage knowledge of SAP Business AI for MFGSCPM SAP Joule for Consultants J4C and SAP Signavio for process modeling and optimization. Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations throughout the production cycle. Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to production planning activities. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing production planning. Utilize understanding of Repetitive Manufacturing processes to enhance production efficiency and consistency. Incorporate Machine Learning Algorithms where applicable to optimize manufacturing processes Roles and Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of production plans to meet customer demands and business targets Coordinate with manufacturing supply chain and logistics teams to ensure seamless production operations Analyze production schedules and adjust plans proactively to address changes in demand or resource availability Provide expert guidance on production planning tools and methodologies within the organization Drive collaboration among stakeholders to resolve productionrelated issues and improve overall efficiency Mentor and support junior team members in production planning processes and best practices Monitor key performance indicators KPIs related to production efficiency and implement corrective actions as needed Participate in strategic planning sessions to align production capabilities with longterm business objectives Facilitate communication between production teams and management to ensure transparency and timely resolution of challenges Promote integration of SAP Process Modelling Suite capabilities and lean manufacturing practices to optimize production workflows Skills Mandatory Skills : Production Planning, Repetitive Manufacturing Good to Have Skills : Machine Learning Algorithms, Materials Management, Prompt Engineering, SAP Business AI for MFG-SCPM, SAP Joule for Consultants (J4C), SAP Signavio - Functional Other details Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
